Charlie, Poker Buddies



You have to know when to hold ‘em,
It says so in a song.
And know when to fold ‘em,
If you want to last long.

Charlie and his poker buddies,
Do this once a week.
Each one looking sideways,
If he can catch a peek.

They hold their cards so closely,
As they ante in the pot.
To make sure that the others,
Don’t know what they got.

Our Charlie is quite crafty,
He is the one to beat.
This hand will catch them gambling,
He’ll raise them out of their seat.
